Hinds-Bock Introduces High Speed Continuous Motion Container Filling Systems

April 14, 2011
Continuous motion filling increases filling speed, improves downstream container handling and reduces the possibility of damaging containers.
Hinds-Bock Corporation's new high speed continuous motion filling system can be used for dressings, condiments, salad dressings, soup, sauces, jellies, dips and other flowable products.  Servo driven diving and traveling spout bridge moves the spouts in time with the containers which are captured by a timing screw.  Many filling machines are available from two to eight pistons as well as servo pump fillers.  Continuous motion filling increases filling speed, improves downstream container handling and reduces the possibility of damaging containers.
